These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement.

Fees

Our fees are as set out in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are payable within the period specified. Orient Consulting reserves the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payment.

Client obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about vacancies and requirements
• Notify Orient Consulting promptly of any offers made to, or acceptances by, referred candidates
• Comply with applicable employment and data protection legislation when processing candidate information shared by Orient Consulting

5. Services — Candidate Terms

Registration and accuracy

Candidates who register with Orient Consulting warrant that all information provided — including personal details, qualifications, employment history, and eligibility to work in Singapore — is true, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of our relationship and may be referred to relevant authorities.

No guarantee of placement

Orient Consulting does not guarantee placement or employment. We will use reasonable efforts to match candidates with suitable opportunities, but placement is subject to client requirements, market conditions, and candidate suitability. We are not liable for any loss arising from a failure to place a candidate.

Fees to candidates

Orient Consulting does not charge fees to job candidates for recruitment services, except where otherwise stated in writing and permitted under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, imagery, and design — is the property of Orient Consulting Services Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any Website content without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Orient Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
