Common Questions

How long does a typical engagement take?

Targeted work — a single policy or one-day workshop — moves from brief to delivery in 2–3 weeks. Full HR framework builds or transformation programmes typically run 3–6 months. Executive search is usually 4–8 weeks to shortlist.

Do we have to follow all five stages?

Yes — but the intensity is calibrated to scope. Discovery for a simple piece of work might be one 90-minute session. For complex transformations it might span several weeks. No stage is skipped because each one protects what follows.

How do you charge?

Project fees, monthly retainers, or programme fees — always agreed in writing before work begins. We price by outcome, not by the hour, which aligns our incentives with yours.

Will we work with the same consultant throughout?

Yes. The consultant who leads Discovery leads Implementation and Review. Relationship continuity is fundamental to quality.

Can we start small?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many long-standing relationships began with a single policy review. A smaller first engagement lets us demonstrate quality before either party commits to something larger.

How do you handle confidential information?

All engagements are governed by a mutual NDA. Client and employee data is handled strictly under Singapore’s PDPA. Survey responses are always anonymised before reporting to leadership.
